How to choose

Pick the resistance to match the liquid rather than the other way round. A 1.0ohm or 1.2ohm pod gives the tightest draw and is the right home for nic salt at 35mg or above. The 0.6ohm and 0.8ohm options are the middle ground and suit 20mg to 30mg salts. A 0.3ohm or 0.4ohm pod is a restricted lung vape and should be paired with 3mg or 6mg freebase instead. The Armour G pod is the odd one out and is sold specifically as either direct-lung or MTL, so pick the version that matches how you vape rather than assuming one pod covers both. XROS generations look alike but are not all cross-compatible, so match the pod to your exact kit.
